Job Title: Imaging Specialist
Employment Terms: Approximately until the end of August 2025
Pay Rate: $17.50 

Job Summary:
The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing document preparation and scanning tasks for important client documents. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and quality of scanned documents.

Primary Functions:

  • Prepare and index documents, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning based on specific client requests.
  • Utilize third-party software to scan hardcopy files into electronic images, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Follow production procedures and maintain internal documentation and tracking.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents and make corrections as needed.
  • Detect image errors and document the causes during quality control.
  • Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification.
  • Reassemble documents back to their original condition as required.
  • Prepare products for delivery and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanning hardware and software as necessary.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No specific certifications or licenses required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic PC computer skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
  • Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
  • Openness to change and long-duration project assignments.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Routine lifting of 20–60 lbs.
  • Ability to scan materials regularly.
  • Comfortable with bending, stretching, and sitting/standing for extended periods.
