Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This is a dual role position that involves handling HR responsibilities part-time, including payroll, basic accounting functions, invoicing, customer service, and administrative operational duties. The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities. This is a direct hire position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, and a business casual work environment. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000, based on experience.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Seminole
- Pay Rate: $55,000 to $60,000 per year
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions including payroll, basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and customer service.
- Perform administrative operational duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of payroll and accounting processes.
- Bilingual; English-Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
