Part-Time Temporary Human Resources Assistant needed to assist with an audit.  
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Temporary Human Resources Assistant to assist with an employee audit. This role involves verifying employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the HR team during the audit process.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the thorough audit of employee records.
  • Verify and update employee personal information and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to work part time.
Working Hours:
  • Part-time: 9-4:30pm Monday and Tuesday
