Now Hiring: General Manufacturing Operators (Entry-Level – $16/hr)
Location: Attleboro/North Attleboro, MA
Company: A world class leader in the manufacture of precision passive components and packages, including: Thick and Thin Film Chip Resistors
Compensation: $16/hour (Training provided for mechanically inclined candidates)

Full-time, Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
We have 4 new openings. These full-time roles are ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined—no prior experience necessary, as they provide training.
Job OverviewThe General Manufacturing Operator supports production in our Thick and Thin Film Divisions by following standard operating procedures. Operators will receive training in various production tasks, such as:

Visual Inspection
-
Laser Trimming
-
Solder Dipping
-
Electrical Testing
Note: Lab coats are required in our production areas.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle small parts and wafers using tweezers
-
Inspect chip resistors and wafers using high-power microscopes
-
Follow production travelers and standard procedures
-
Complete assigned tasks from Manufacturing Managers/Supervisors
-
Report defective materials or inconsistencies to supervisors
-
Comply with safety regulations, including hazardous chemical handling

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Time Management

Accuracy

Verbal Communication

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to read and write in English

Cleanroom experience

Mechanical aptitude

Experience handling chemicals

Visual inspection experience

Experience in ISO 9000-certified environments

Occasional travel between our Attleboro and North Attleboro locations may be required.
