We're seeking an adaptable and physically capable General Laborer to join a metals manufacturing team in Lake Mary, Florida.

Job Title: General Labor
Salary Range: $13.00 per hour (based on experience) (Salary is discussed in the interview)
Type of Position: Full-time / Temp to perm
Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist with a variety of physical tasks in construction, maintenance, and other manual, labor-intensive duties. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the overall success of the team and the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction projects, including carrying materials and operating machinery.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, conducting inspections, and ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Participate in warehouse operations by handling inventory and loading/unloading shipments.
  • Contribute to manufacturing processes, operating machinery, and assembling products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of indoor spaces as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and risk of electrical shock.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
