Front Desk Customer Service – Temp to Hire

 Location: Huntington Beach
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

About the Role:

We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Front Desk Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, capable of working independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Answer, screen, and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Open and route incoming e-fax correspondence.
  • Prepare and forward inbound/outbound mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
  • Organize and maintain CRM file systems, filing correspondence and records.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, photocopying, and mailing.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role or equivalent education/experience.
? Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
? Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and basic accounting procedures.
? Typing Speed: Minimum 45 WPM.
? Attributes: Organized, adaptable, able to multitask, and work independently.
? Language: Bilingual skills are a plus.
