This role involves inspecting the facility for maintenance needs, reporting issues, and assisting with vendor coordination and package management. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated candidate with 2-3 years of building services experience, strong customer service skills, mechanical systems knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. PC literacy required.

Manager Job Description:
- This role is for an IBM location on one floor of the building.
- The contingent worker will be walking the floor to check for "first impression" items that may need repair such as lights that need new bulbs, faucets that need repair, etc.
- The contingent worker will not be making the repairs themselves, they will just report them to the team that does.
- This role will also require signing for packages, escorting the repair vendors to the needed repairs, signing people in at the front desk, interacting with the customer, and some badge access help.
- There are no cleaning duties.
- The manager is looking for a reliable candidate who is self-motivated and has strong customer service skills.
- The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Valid Drivers' License is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years building services related experience.
- Technical Understanding of Mechanical Systems.
- Trade School desirable.
- Excellent Organizational and communication Skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups.
- PC Literate.
- Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc.
