Are you a skilled extrusion engineer with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering high-quality results? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN, and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients in the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries.
What You'll Do:

• Play a key role in new product development projects, driving LEANPD methodologies and achieving manufacturing excellence.
• Champion the implementation of new technologies to enhance process control and precision.
• Act as a vital link between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient production.
• Optimize product designs and piece parts for manufacturability, realizing sample tooling, prototypes, and production-ready samples.
• Develop and qualify tooling and processes to meet the highest quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with the supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and cycle time.

What We Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in extrusion engineering, ideally within the manufacturing of connectors, sensors, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of LEAN, 6-Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD, CAE, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
