Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$15ph - $18ph depending on experience (Minimum of 3 years of experience)
What's a typical day as Exports Coordinator? You'll be:
• Coordinating and ensuring timely bookings on behalf of customers while working as part of a team to deliver satisfaction in exports for all accounts.
• Auditing charges for accuracy prior to sending to accounting for payment and preparing all required export documents.
• Continuously monitoring shipments from receipt through to delivery and communicating with carriers, agents, clients, and all involved parties to ensure optimum cargo processing.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and have 3+ years of experience in a same position role.
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Possess excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
