Experienced Logistics Coordinator Needed!

Schedule: Sun-Wed 7am-7pm
Location: Ballston Spa, NY 12020
Rate of Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Processing:

• Unload trucks and check incoming shipments against orders.
• Inspect received items for damage and accuracy.
• Process and store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse.

Order Picking and Packing:

• Accurately pick customer orders from storage.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
• Ensure that all orders are complete and accurately labeled.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Replenish stock as needed.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe operation of all machinery.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Clean Driver's license with the ability to a pass a DOT certification and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with SAP warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team is a MUST!
• Reliability and punctuality.
