Kelly® is seeking a Distribution Center Customer Service Representative for a premier client in Fargo, ND.

Pay Rate and Shifts:

• Mon – Thurs, 2nd shift: 5 PM – 3:30 AM @ $23/hour

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Process and input customer orders with accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build good customer relationships.
• Proficiency in computer systems for invoicing and order processing, with attention to detail.
