Digital Filing Clerk - HR Department
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Filing Clerk to assist our HR department with organizing and digitizing employee records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning, labeling, and filing documents electronically, ensuring all files are accurate and easily accessible.
Location: Rome, GA
Job Type: Short-term assignment (3-4 weeks)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize physical employee records by scanning and uploading documents to our digital filing system.
- Organize and categorize files for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with document management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
