Data Entry and Admin Support Specialist
Job Summary:

- Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM- 5PM
- Roles and Responsibilities

- Input and update data accurately and efficiently into company databases.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
- Help support department personnel with appointments and arrange travel plans
- Generate reports and perform regular audits to ensure data quality.
- Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management/Admin skills are a plus
- Excellent alpha numeric input for speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
