Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative I to join our team at Automatic Data Processing (ADP). As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of the operating activities of the organization, branch, plant, or department.
- Perform various office and administrative tasks to support the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
- Communicate company policies to employees and enforce them effectively.
- Help establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
- Propose measures to improve methods, performance, and product/service quality.
- Suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Excel is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Willingness to work on your feet for long periods of time.
