What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative III? You'll be:
• Communicating with customers to obtain and verify device tracking information in compliance with FDA regulations and international standards.
• Processing and maintaining device tracking files to support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Handling sensitive conversations with patients and physicians, providing information and education while ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and possess 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory, quality, clinical, or related customer service setting.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills to problem-solve or identify when to escalate issues.
• Have experience working in a controlled/regulated environment, particularly in customer service, and are comfortable communicating sensitive information over the phone and via email.
