- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service while working with a local college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and assisting with their needs.
- Provide information about college programs, services, and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the office.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using office software and telephone systems.
