Hello from Kelly Services! We are looking for a Customer Representative to work at an Insurance Agency in Delphi, Indiana. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Pay: 18/hr. 
Temp to Hire

Skills:
•    Education - High School Diploma required.  Some college preferred.
•    Licensing – Property & Casualty preferred but not required
•    Technical Skills – Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute and have at least 1 year of PC experience working with Windows based products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.  Database experience is helpful.
•    Special Skills – Detail oriented.  Team player.  Professional.
•    Special Considerations – Bilingual a plus, operations/administrative background required.

Duties:
•    Ensure all endorsements/policy changes are processed on a timely basis (goal of same day)
•    Underwrite endorsements/policy changes
•    Rate endorsements/policy changes
•    Data entry as needed to process endorsements/policy changes
•    Process correspondence for various information requests related to endorsement/policy changes (additional information, second requests for missing items etc.)
•    Assist team members with processing of new and renewal business transactions, as needed
•    Various other duties as requested by management
•    Answer customer service/underwriting related phone calls from producers
•    Assist clients with website and procedural questions
•    Transfer accounting related calls (payments, past dues, deposits, etc.) to the accounting department
•    Transfer sales-related calls (questions on coverage's, quotes, etc.) to sales department
