Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:  $13-$16 per hour

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You'll be:

• Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and ensuring effective customer relations.
• Provide responses to customer inquiries.
• Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems.
• Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.
• Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments and makes recommendations for changes to management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Have at least 2 years of call center experience.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Are able to maintain accurate records and follow through on complaints until resolved.
• Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
• Have open availability between 8am and 8pm to work an 8-hour schedule.
