What's a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You'll be:
- Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and ensuring effective customer relations.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries.
- Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems.
- Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.
- Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments and makes recommendations for changes to management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of call center experience.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Are able to maintain accurate records and follow through on complaints until resolved.
- Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
- Have open availability between 8am and 8pm to work an 8-hour schedule.
