What's a typical day as a Food Technologist/Culinary Specialist? You'll be:
• Translating consumer needs into project specifications and developing new cooking features.
• Supporting cooking demos and consumer events, and creating and executing test plans.
• Providing comprehensive reports and ensuring alignment on test methodologies.
• Developing new evaluation methodologies and supporting platforms and technology testing.
• Innovating home cooking appliances and proposing patentable ideas.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and creating recipes to showcase product features.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a technical or engineering degree or Culinary School Background, with knowledge of food-related standards and cooking processes. (Must have)
• Possess experience in food preparation, testing, and evaluation in the food or appliance industry. (Preferred)
• Are proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office, and have an open-minded attitude to work in an international team. (Preferred)
