Kelly Services is partnered with a growing manufacturer of important components that keep our energy grid, backup systems and data centers working. This company is seeking two CNC Trainee Operators!
The positions are full-time, temp-to-hire with the company and offer tons of growth opportunity.


Work Location: De Pere, WI (east side)

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • First shift (6:30am - 3:00pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm) M-F
    • One 30-min unpaid lunch and two paid 10-min breaks
  • No weekends
  • Overtime available but not required

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to fabricate a variety of parts and products.

Job Duties-
  • Operate CNC lathe machines and various other machines to fabricate parts and products
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Use calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Familiarize yourself with Fanuc CNC systems and operate them efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the CNC machines are running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing facility or factory work preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work well within a small team (5 people) and support all levels of the workload
  • Experience with quality control processes and GD&T principles is a plus
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
