Job Description: Bilingual Temporary Kelly Onsite (Spanish)
Pay: $20hr
Location: La Vergne, TN
Duration: Month of November (and potentially some of December)
Schedule: Flexible schedule based on check-ins at the client site. Monday-Saturday: 5:15am-7:15am and 3:45pm-5:45pm. Minimum of 16 hours per week if desired.
Responsibilities:
1. New Start Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for all new starts, providing information and guidance in both English and Spanish languages. Ensure that new hires have a clear understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
2. Clock Registration: Register all employees in the timeclock system, ensuring accurate recording of their work hours. Provide assistance and guidance to employees who may have questions or need support with clock operations.
3. Supervisor Handoff: Facilitate a seamless transition by coordinating with supervisors to ensure that new employees are properly introduced and handed off to their respective supervisors. Communicate any relevant information or special instructions to supervisors as needed.
4. Floor Assistance: Walk the floor regularly to offer support and assistance to both new and current Kelly employees. Address any questions or concerns they may have and provide guidance or resources as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is required to effectively communicate with employees during orientation and provide assistance.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to convey information clearly and effectively to employees at all levels.
3. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on check-in requirements and accommodate the needs of the client and employees.
4. Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately register employees in the timeclock system and maintain accurate records.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with employees and supervisors.
Note: This is a temporary position for the month of November, with potential extension into December. The schedule is based on check-ins at the client site, and the position requires strong bilingual skills, excellent communication, flexibility, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
