Description

As a Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our OEM partners in nationwide and global efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing multiple brand customer relationships at a corporate management level. Your main objective will be to position the overall value of our organization while providing strategic direction and plan implementation to drive maximum market share. This is a remote position that requires extensive travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and own customer business plan and pricing model, including OEM Partner Value proposition and offerings, geographic coverage mapping, and comprehensive marketing plan for new business, installed base, and renewal/annuities business.
- Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting and reviewing actual vs goals.
- Engage in Solutions Path engagement, training, and certification schedule.
- Conduct monthly sales review and action item list.
- Conduct quarterly business review with BU management and related Supplier team.
- Provide increased account coverage to develop and enhance executive-level customer relationships with strategic and ISV partners.
- Identify sales leads for the field organization through Corporate Management by identifying opportunities, developing operational plans, and advocating capabilities at the customer corporate management level.
- Proactively communicate with customers to identify satisfaction issues and address root causes of problems.
- Work with Business Unit owners to design corrective action plans to improve customer relations.
- Coordinate action plan requirements with appropriate support groups.
- Own and manage the customer strategy, ensuring cross-divisional teamwork to leverage value in achieving the customer's business vision.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Expert knowledge of assigned product/service line and a broad understanding of how they integrate with the organization's entire product/service line.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or solution-based selling.
- Experience working with Technology OEMs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Excellent rapport-building skills with existing clients and new prospects.
- Ability to handle large and complex accounts.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals and customer expectations.
