We're on the lookout for a passionate Chemist to join our fast-paced Personal Care Laboratory team in Richmond! If you're excited by the idea of ensuring the quality and safety of products like dry shampoos, hairsprays, nasal sprays, and more—you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do:
As a Chemist, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure our products meet the highest standards. You'll test everything from raw materials to finished products, ensuring they're safe, effective, and ready to hit the shelves. Your work will directly support production teams and help keep quality at the heart of everything we do.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Performing chemical and physical testing on bulk, in-process, and finished personal care products. Testing cleaning validation samples in line with industry regulations and SOPs.
• Recording and comparing test results against product specifications.
• Supporting investigations into out-of-spec results to help maintain product integrity
• Being available for weekend or overtime work when production ramps up

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a QC lab is a big plus—but if you're eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
