We're seeking a Partner Account Level Support (PALS) Business Specialist with deposit account experience in banking to work at our financial services client in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Contract: 6 months +
Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (1-2 days remote, 3-4 days in person)

- Performing analysis of new account requests for complex entity formations such as acquisitions, mergers, escrows, trusts, property management, and other specialty accounts to ensure compliance with procedural, legal, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Reviewing and comprehending complex documentation and escalating issues to appropriate resources as needed.
- Meeting or exceeding key performance metrics while handling a high volume of requests.
- Performing analysis of maintenance requests such as signer changes, title changes, and account service requests to ensure compliance with procedural, legal, and AML requirements.
- Gathering relevant information from internal and external sources and communicating any outstanding regulatory or compliance issues to management.
- Preparing quality documentation and applying requested changes to accounts using internal systems within established service level agreements.
- Analyzing multiple servicing requests including debit cards, issuing cashier checks, telephone transfers, and research of transactions to include possible fraud/loss cases.
- Performing due diligence relative to procedural, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Scanning account documentation and regulatory required CIP/BO documents to deposit account legal repository within established timelines.
- Have a High School diploma or GED.
- Possess 3 years of banking experience.
- Deposit account experience
- Have 4 years of customer service experience.
- Have 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications.
- Have attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
