Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$21 hourly, plus $1.00 differential for forklift certification

What's a typical day as a Billing Specialist? You'll be:
• Managing incoming deliveries and assigning drivers to docks for various shipments, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
• Handling weekly billing of outgoing freight, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Utilizing Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks and communications.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Are reliable and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Can work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Possess good communication skills; warehouse background and forklift experience are preferred but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
