Position Details
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Remote (work from anywhere in the continental US)
Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with some flexibility in start times
Contract Length: 18-month contract with strong potential for extension

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales support team within the industrial engine business
• Manage tasks related to Replacement Engine Request compliance, including follow-ups with internal and external contacts to gather and upload required documentation
• Conduct data cleanup across systems to improve reporting and track key performance indicators
• Identify and correct data errors and complete missing information using internal tools
• Support ongoing and upcoming projects such as SAP implementation and tariff tracking as needed
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word (extensive daily use expected)
• Ability to use Zoom within Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• College degree is a plus but not required
