Kelly Services, in partnership with a large Green Bay, WI supply chain/logistics company is recruiting for an Operations Representative role. This is a long-term temporary opportunity expected to run through 03/31/2025; with potential for extension based on customer need.

The basics of working as an Operations Representative include:
• Working in an office-based position (located in Green Bay, WI)
• Use of various tracking systems to assign freight to drivers
• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity
• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers
• Provide customer service to drivers and customers on off shift hours, resolving issues and concerns
• Completion of various administrative processes

• Have a high school diploma or GED, associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• One year of operations experience
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
