Description
elly and BASF are seeking a dedicated and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage various administrative office management activities throughout our Regina facility.
This role involves supporting compliance and management system related activities for Occupational Health and Safety (OHC) and Responsible Care ® (RC). Additionally, the position includes managing site purchases and costs associated with various committees, activities, and Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) at the Regina site.
This will be a 1-year assignment through Kelly for BASF
Schedule: Mon-Fri,
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative office activities.
- Support compliance and management system activities for OHC and RC.
- Manage site purchases and costs associated with various committees and ERG's.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Organize and plan effectively to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 2 or more years of office administration experience.
- Must have experience dealing with C-Level management. (Experience dealing with C-Level management would be considered an asset. Candidates with this experience will be prioritized.)
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
