Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience in processing, verifying, and reconciling large volumes of invoices. This position requires collaboration with other accounting team members to conduct audits of all transactions and daily interaction with vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for payment and perform company check runs.
- Handle accounts receivable functions as needed.
- Maintain the company's petty cash funds.
- Operate and maintain the company mail machine.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and verify expense reports.
- Request refund checks from suppliers where applicable.
- Maintain a lost discount log.
- Conduct internal financial audits as required.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical activities, such as check stuffing and filing.
- Understand and adhere to all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures.
- Participate in quality and management/company meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Engage in additional training as necessary.
- Perform other responsibilities as directed to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred, or a High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Email, Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interface with customers and suppliers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
