Kelly Services is seeking a temp to hire Accounts Payable professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision for a genetic testing company in El Monte, CA.
Requirements:

• Ensure invoice accuracy, payment terms, and amounts before processing.
  Own the AP quality control process, from reviewing documentation to auditing credit card bills.
• Handle 3-way P.O. matching, vendor communication, and expense report audits.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end closing.
• Provide key support for audits, maintain thorough records, and tackle exciting projects as needed!
• 3-4 years of working experience in accounts payable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field REQUIRED
  Proficiency in Excel and Word; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AP systems, financial charts, and corporate procedures.
  A proactive team player with a knack for organization and problem-solving.
• Payrate: $27.00 an hour
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite
