Production Supervisor 2nd Shift - Direct Hire! 
Location: Wadsworth, OH
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
Pay: $29 – $31 per hour

Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned areas of the production floor, overseeing personnel, machines, and manufactured parts to ensure production targets are met. Supervisors will liaise between management and production employees, supporting and enforcing company safety, quality, and production standards through effective communication, motivation, and discipline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Production Manager, other Supervisors, and Scheduling associates.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing Events (6S, Kaizen).
  • Supervise personnel and troubleshoot machines.
  • Train new and existing employees on job safety and production standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on performance.
  • Assist with work order routing and revisions.
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience supervising production or associates.
  • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or CNC/Machine control systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Lean Principles, Safety, and Quality standards.
  • Prior experience with lifting mechanisms and industrial trucks preferred.
