Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSSC) is accountable for:- Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers
- Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools
- Managing client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions
- Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
- Experience with VMS / Beeline technology and processes
- Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills
Seeking 2+ years experience in a Recruitment function and role supporting temporary labor hiring
