The Operating Room Secretary manages incoming telephone calls, and conveys information continuously to personnel and physicians in the restricted areas of the OR. Communicates surgery schedule changes to the charge nurse/manager. Assists with requests for add on surgeries. Reconciles the case log daily, runs unfinalized case reports and distributes to manager, and monitors surgery charges in collaboration with appropriate staff. Assists the Director and others with assigned projects.


Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Minimum of one (1) year current experience as a Unit Clerk with computer skills preferred.
