
Description
Manages the accounting staff and operations of the Accounting Department, personnel administration and policy development and implementation. Maintains responsibility for the fiscal integrity of financial reporting and operations of the hospital.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Related Field Minimum Experience: 5 years Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting 1 year Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role Minimum Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines. Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Calculator and Word along with payment posting software. Demonstrate a strong analytical and math skills. Ability to work in a fast pace team environment as well as independently. Strong customer service skills. Requires excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented. Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant - CPA
