Dear Colleagues,
Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a dynamic, innovative leader for the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, as its new director. We ask for your help in identifying such an individual, either by applying directly or by nominating someone you feel is ideally suited for such a position.
The Department's mission is to remain a world leader in clinical care, research and education. Candidates for the position should embrace all parts of the tripartite mission and demonstrate excellence in one or more of its components. Also, candidates are expected to have a record of academic leadership, service and administration, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion goals, and a compelling vision for the Department and the discipline.
