Certification Details
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required
• Positive Titer or Vaccination records needed for: MMR, Varicella, Hep B
• TB testing and documentation required
• Flu Vaccine compliance for Flu season

Job Details
• This is an 6-week contract ending on 10/19
• 13-weeks of recent EPIC experience from within the last 12-months, detailed on the profile, is required to be considered.
• This contract is offered exclusively to help us transition to our new electronic medical record system “Epic”. The expectation of the nurses and allied staff will be to provide both patient care and elbow support as our staff go to training classes and throughout go-live.
• Epic go-live will be on Oct. 5th. For Example: if you are asked a question about where to document certain data in Epic, you have that knowledge and are willing to assist our staff.
• You will be required to test out of Epic training
• This is considered an incentive rate to provide Epic support to the unit. This assignment is for 1 contract only.
• RTO must be limited to 3 days and no RTO during Sept 27 - Oct 13
• The position is for a nurse to work on our busy cardiac/pulmonary telemetry unit.
• PCU experience is needed for this position.

Job Requirements
• 2 yrs exp req, travel preferred. Locals accepted at same rate
• TN or compact lic req
• Candidate must have AHA BLS, ACLS, as well as NIHSS certification.
• Epic experience required
