**Job Title: Caregiver - PRN 

**Location:** Kiley Ranch Senior Living

**Job Type:** PRN

**Pay Rate** $18 

**Shift** TBD

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily living activities. Your primary goal will be to enhance the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers, using safe techniques to ensure client safety.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating as needed.
- Monitor and record clients' health status, including vital signs, and report any changes to the supervisor or healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Support clients in following their individualized care plans and encourage independence as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' rights and dignity at all times.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients as needed.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Current background check and health assessment to ensure safety compliance.
