**Location:** Kiley Ranch Senior Living

**Job Type:** Part-Time

**Shift:** NOC shift - Th, Fri, Sat - 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

**Pay Rate:** $18 hourly

**Job Summary:**
As a Caregiver at Kiley Ranch, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to clients in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include helping clients maintain their independence and improving their overall well-being through compassionate care and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and walking.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Administer medications and manage healthcare routines as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities, such as games, conversation, and recreational activities to promote social interaction.
- Monitor and document clients' health and behavior changes and report any concerns to the supervisor or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely, as required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
