Caregiver Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide assistance and support to individuals in need of caregiving services. The Caregiver will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, feeding, medication management, and mobility assistance. The Caregiver will also engage clients in meaningful activities, provide emotional support, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Help clients with mobility and provide assistance with walking, transferring, and positioning
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for clients, taking into account any dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities and conversations
- Monitor clients for changes in health or behavior and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces
- Adhere to all care plans and follow instructions from healthcare professionals and family members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
- CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for individuals in need of care
- Physically able to assist with lifting, transferring, and providing hands-on care
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
