Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Lead specializing in Warehouse Systems to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of warehouse management systems, with a particular focus on Manhattan Scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL, supply chain management systems and warehouse operations, providing functional expertise and leadership to ensure the successful execution of key projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system performance, playing a vital role in driving business success. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the functional design and implementation of warehouse system solutions to meet business requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, development, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. * Provide functional guidance and mentorship to IT teams. * Conduct system/architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Manhattan Scale. * Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, system modifications, integration plans, and user guides. * Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in Manhattan Scale and supply chain management technologies. * Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities. * Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability of Manhattan Scale solutions. * Some travel required. Compensation based on relevant work experience: $101,000 - $140,000/year Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision (1st day of the month following date of hire) * 401K with matching program * STD, LTD * Vacation and sick time * Friendly and Open-Door culture #IND123 #BG * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT lead roles within supply chain management systems, with a focus on Manhattan Scale. * Experience with functional warehouse operations. * Strong knowledge of Manhattan Scale architecture, configuration, extension/customization, and reporting. * Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server and SQL queries. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring technical teams.
