Position Overview: The Operations Project Manager oversees the implementation of new activities (new warehouse setup) or heavy changes related to existing ones (warehouse move, activity expansion). The Operations Project Manager will lead the project coordination between the hand over from R&D department to the GO LIVE and hand over to operations. Location: Remote Work Schedule: Standard Office Hours with flexibility during Go Lives Travel Specifics: 50% Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $80,000-$105,000 plus a performance-based bonus Key Responsibilities: * Implement projects successfully (customer, internal resources / sub-projects leaders, local support departments like IT, HR…, resources from IDL group, external suppliers, local administrations…) * Organize, prepare & execute internal & external Kick Off meetings at the beginning of the project * Manage the project dynamic including internal weekly project review meetings, progress meetings with the customer, progress meetings with main suppliers + landlord / general contractor when applicable * Deploy & maintain the standard IDL project management tools (Smartsheet, Teams SharePoint, weekly deck, actions list, meeting minutes) * Create new project forms * Define the project plans & milestones * Work with R&D in order to prepare the CAPEX file * Manage equipment & supplies sourcing (quote, PO request) * Collaborate with Operations & HR in order to create the hiring plan & hiring tracker * Track CAPEX & Start-Up budget * Support the creation of warehouse & office layout * Deploy the equipment tracker to monitor orders and deliveries * Coordinate the preparation of the GO LIVE Risks Assessment * Support operational team * Perform the project closing process including the lessons learned and log it into the lessons learned database Be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement.
