Description
Hobby Lobby is a privately held corporation that is looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a candidate who displays a professional demeanor, enjoys a fast-paced environment and communicates well over the phone and through email.
A cover letter and resume are required for this position.
This is a full time, hourly position located at SW 44th and Council in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Functions:
- Provide quality customer service through email and incoming phone calls.
- Demonstrate both good phone etiquette and be understandable over the phone.
- Must be able to communicate well via email with clear, concise and detailed messages.
- Handle individual customer situations to completion and provide resolution for the customer.
- Data entry within various computer applications.
- Participate in other miscellaneous office projects as assigned.
Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must pay close attention to detail; including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Communicate and work well with others.
- Be self-motivated and work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to multi-task, apply critical thinking skills and retain pertinent information.
- Must be professional.
