- 13-week contract length.
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit Details - L&D unit:
- Number of Beds – 16 LDR, 3 OR, 3 Triage, 3 RR.
- Number of Staff – 70.
- Staff includes Day and Night Shifts with different numbers of RNs and Surgical Techs.
- Patient Ratios – AWHONN ratios are the goal.
- Type of equipment – Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, etc.
- EMR – CPN and Meditech.
- List of typical procedures performed on unit(s): Labor, delivery, recover, triage, Antepartum, circulate for C-section, 1st-hour baby care, breastfeeding assistance.
- Dress Code – Scrub Color: Navy Blue, any closed shoes.
- Tattoos and piercings should be covered.
- Unit Guidelines/Policies include 24-7 Hospitalist and Midwife coverage, Anesthesia, Neonatologist.
- Additional Details
- Experience at facilities with >3000 births per year is preferred.
- Patient preferences are central.
