This position is responsible for facilitating learning solutions, including instructor lead classroom, WebEx and remote training rooms via video conferencing and other technologies. Delivering training using adult learning principles, effective facilitation concepts and successful classroom management. Providing support with client needs analysis, consulting, and recommendations of learning solutions. Responsible for the successful transfer of knowledge to the student meeting speed to proficiency expectations. Responsible for onboarding and mentoring new Performance Specialists. Provides best practices and guidelines to be successful and effective facilitators. Teaches Performance Specialists effective classroom management. Including student assessment and effective methodologies to improve students' performance.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Education, or Training, or related field, with 2 years of experience in training/education

OR 6 years of experience in either insurance or health care or communications or training that includes experience in two or more of the following:
* Coaching
* Project management managing multiple projects
      * Classroom facilitation
      * Instructional design and development
      * SDO,IT,GPD,SAM experience
* Basic  knowledge of testing methodologies/measurements 
* Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories
* Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, subject matter experts
* Ability to lead projects
* Experience with Learning Management System or other related system/application
* Demonstrate knowledge of multiple modalities in facilitation
* Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of insurance or health care or departmental-specific area
* Data analytics experience

Please note that this role is HYBRID with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week and NO VISA sponsorship is available for this role.

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
