This position is responsible for assisting and coordinating Credentialing, Provider Administration, and Network Management policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison between internal and external customers. Also provides reporting, auditing and analysis support for provider administration and credentialing programs.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree plus 1 year of data analytics/analysis experience OR 3 years experience in managed care products, programs, or services.3 years experience in managed care products, programs, and services.
* Leadership experience.
* Knowledge of health industry regulatory standards.
* Organization skills to handle multiple projects and competing demands;
* Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Reporting analysis experience.
* Policy and procedure development experience.
* Auditing experience.
* Knowledge of PREMIER Provider and PAYER or credentialing/provider information database systems.
* This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.
