BASIC FUNCTION This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to HR Talent Management. Incumbent will perform tasks include managing projects and maintaining project and event plans; planning and drafting communications on events; issue logs and status reports. Will lead or participate in project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Also, will manage the relationship between HR Talent Management and internal/external stakeholders and provide logistical support for events as needed. This role is hybrid flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. NOTE: relocation is not offered, sponsorship will not be extended either now or in the future.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.
- Experience with the development of training materials.
- Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.
- Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Workday.
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment or HCSC organizational structure.
- PMP certification or similar project management certification.

Compensation: $40,900.00 - $91,000.00
