Certification Details
• ACLS and BLS (AHA only) required
• PALS preferred but not required for certain units
• NIH Stroke Certification may be needed based on unit assignment
• Other certifications such as TNCC, EFM, NRP are unit-specific requirements

• Position/Specialty: RN Stepdown
• Ratios: 1:3
• Years of Experience REQ: 1-2yrs experience
• Shift: 3x12 nights 7p-7a
• First-timers Accepted: Yes
• 60 mile radius rule - NO LOCALS
• Certs REQ: ACLS and BLS (AHA ONLY)
• Is on-call REQ? Every 3rd weekend
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Float rotation to med tele, med surg, and rehab units as needed
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Will accept request at time of submission
• Locals accepted: No local travelers within a 60 mile radius from facility
• RTO Restrictions: All time request must be included in submission
• MO or compact license.
• May be scheduled for CHARGE duties if possible
• Must be comfortable with taking isolation patients including COVID
• Experience with drips including Cardizem, Amio, Heparin and Dobutamine
• Experience with Special Procedures/Equipment: Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Bipap, Airvo

Job Requirements
• 1-2yrs experience in Stepdown required
• ACLS and BLS Certifications required (AHA only)
• MO or compact state license required
• Willingness to take on-call duties every 3rd weekend
• Ability to float across med tele, med surg, and rehab units
• Not accepting local travelers within a 60 mile radius from facility
• RTO Restrictions must be included in submission
• May be scheduled for CHARGE duties if possible
• Must be comfortable with taking isolation patients including COVID
• Experience with various medical drips and special procedures/equipment as outlined

Schedule Information
• Shift: 3x12 nights 7p-7a
• On-call required every 3rd weekend
• Potential for block scheduling based on facility needs

Unit Specific Information
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs across med tele, med surg, and rehab units
• May be scheduled for CHARGE duties depending on unit needs
• Experience with high acuity patients preferred
