To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a User Experience Manager located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the IT Project Manager, The User Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall user experience and change management strategies of IT services. This position will ensure smooth transitions for users as new IT systems, tools, and processes are introduced. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement user-friendly solutions that maximize the adoption and effectiveness of IT services.
What a typical day looks like:
- Change Management: development and implementation of change management strategies for IT service rollouts, upgrades, and other system changes. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure user experience considerations are integrated into the change management process.
- End-user advocacy: Act as the bridge between end users and IT architects/SME to ensure user experience requirements align with overall projects goals and timelines. Help to develop intuitive interfaces and solutions that improve usability, overall user satisfaction ad adoption.
- Continuous improvement: Monitor user satisfaction, gathering feedback to understand the needs and pain points of internal users regarding IT services and tools. Analyze adoption metrics to identify areas for optimization and assist users in fully leveraging IT services.
Experience we are looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Solid experience in user experience or related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Expertise in user-centered design principles
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with different teams
- Interest for staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
