To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Specialistlocated in Mukachevo, Ukraine.

Reporting to the Cost Engineering Manager, the Project Specialist role involves maintaining quote projects and costing activities within the running programs as well as the new quote project activities for potential business opportunities. Implementation of the costing activities provides for quote project management by consolidation of the material, engineering, logistics, quality, other inputs (certification, project launch/transfer, etc.) and running the cost models to be used for price proposal approval.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide accurate, timely and competitive responses with price offers to customer requests for pricing.
• Plan, implement and monitor activities related to the quoting/costing process.
• Organize and set up initial pricing meetings, all follow-up meetings and oversee the entire quoting/costing process.
• Evaluate and analyze factors affecting costs within financial models to propose improvements in competitiveness and assess cost calculation accuracy.
• Manage communication and information flow between plant representatives and regional teams.
• Maintain clear and accurate records.
• Coordinate and collect all final pricing data (final prices, specification costs, test requirements, logistics data, material costs, NREs, other assumptions, etc.).
• Prepare the final price offer: quote letters, business proposals, pricing matrix, surveys.

• University degree in a related field
• Intermediate level of English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Time management, high problem-solving skills, flexibility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prioritize and react quickly
