The Quality Compliance Supervisor will lead the Quality Compliance team to ensure adherence to all regulatory and quality system requirements within the organization, reporting to the Quality Manager in Buffalo Grove, IL.

*This position requires occasional weekend hours, in lieu of 5 weekday schedule*

What a typical day looks like:

  • Support the Quality Compliance team in ensuring conformance to regulatory and quality system requirements.
  • Perform internal audits and analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage in external audit processes with customers, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
  • Verify the implementation and effectiveness of applicable regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs related to regulations and quality systems for internal users.
  • Create and execute internal and external audit programs, including audit plans and checklists.
  • Document audit findings, identify non-conformances, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and validate effectiveness.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all audit-related activities and findings.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires 5 years of related experience (a combination of supervisory and technician)
  • Experience with ISO13485 and ISO9001
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must have experience working in manufacturing clean room
  • Knowledge instrumentation
